Gauge Valve

FLUIDLOK gauge valves are constructed using finest grade of raw materials and as per the international quality standards like ASTM, BIS, BS, etc. and provide fast, conventional installation and an economical gauge maintenance and operation. These valves are specifically designed for safer pressure gauge installation.

These valves are manufactured in stainless steel, carbon steel or as per client requirements in various configurations and sizes with a working pressure of up to 6000 psig. Every gauge valve is factory tested with nitrogen at 1000 psig (69 bar). Seats have a maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 std cm3/min. Shell testing is performed to a requirement of no detectable leakage in accordance with BS EN 12266-1.
